The complimentary 30‑day access granted to waitlist users is not billed; therefore no refund applies during this period.

2. Paid Subscriptions

  • Monthly plans are non‑refundable once the billing cycle starts.
  • If a HalalSignalz outage exceeds 24 hours, you may request a pro‑rata credit for the affected period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@halalsignalz.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your Paddle receipt and reason.

4. Chargebacks

Filing an unjustified chargeback will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Market Performance

Dissatisfaction with trade outcomes is not an eligible refund reason; signals are informational only.
