These Terms constitute a binding agreement between Myclickapps.com LLC, registered at 1521 Concord Pike #301, Wilmington, DE 19803 (“HalalSignalz”, “we”, “us”), and you (“Subscriber”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing HalalSignalz (“Service”, “we”, “us”) at halalsignalz.com, you (“Subscriber”) agree to these Terms and referenced policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts. Residents of jurisdictions where our content is prohibited may not use the Service.

3. Nature of Information

All signals and commentary are general educational information. We are not a broker‑dealer or investment adviser. You bear sole responsibility for investment decisions.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Plans: Starter ($5/mo), Pro ($15/mo), Premium ($30/mo).
• Monthly prepaid billing via Paddle.
• Promotional 30‑day Premium access converts to paid unless cancelled before trial end.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime in the Paddle portal; access remains until the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and algorithms are our property. You may not copy or redistribute signals without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

• Reverse‑engineering or scraping signals.
• Sharing credentials.
• Use in violation of Shariah principles or law.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Service provided “as‑is” without warranties. We are not liable for trading losses. Maximum aggregate liability equals fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of [state / country]; disputes resolved in [venue].

11. Changes

We may amend Terms with 7 days’ notice via email or in‑app banner.
